No Refund Policy
Claytech Global does not offer refunds for any services purchased. All sales are final. Once a service appointment or consultation is booked, or a service is delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Service Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations:**
Cancellations are accepted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment or service date.
Rescheduling:**
You may reschedule your appointment or service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior may not be accommodated.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are late or fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full fee may still be charged, and the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to approve refunds or exceptions in extraordinary cases, at our sole discretion.
