Services are primarily delivered online via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) or in-person at designated locations in Texas, as specified at the time of booking.
Specific delivery methods and locations will be communicated upon confirmation of the appointment.

Delivery Timeline

Services will be delivered on the date and time agreed upon at the time of booking.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances,  Claytech Global. will notify clients promptly and reschedule at mutual convenience.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled time and have the necessary equipment or materials to participate in the service.
Clients must provide accurate contact information and details necessary for the delivery of services.

Delays and Rescheduling

If a client is late, the service may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.
Clients wishing to reschedule must do so at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Service Completion

Services are considered complete once delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and schedule.
Any concerns regarding the quality or scope of the service should be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

Digital and Confidential Information

Any digital files or confidential information provided during services will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
